I’m Ashley Walters, founder of Accelerate Advising. I know what it feels like to be stuck — to have big goals for your business but feel overwhelmed by how to scale, align your team, or build lasting value. At one point in my career, I was brought in to launch a new software product. Two weeks in, I realized I’d inherited a mess: a product that didn’t work, customers who had waited far too long, and a board ready to pull the plug.
What turned it around? We put the right people in the right seats, defined a clear strategy to win, and rebuilt trust with customers and stakeholders. We delivered — and I never forgot the power of having the right business operating system, plan, and team to drive growth.
